Fairfield High School, rated good with outstanding features – Ofsted, is seeking to secure the services of an enthusiastic and talented teacher of Design & Technology with the ability to teach resistant materials/engineering to join a successful and dynamic Department at Fairfield High School.
This post is full time, on a one year fixed term contract from 01/09/2024 to 31/08/2025.
Fairfield High School is looking for an inspiring, creative, energetic teacher with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Design & Technology. You will:
• Be a strong and committed teacher with a proven track record of progress at KS3, KS4 Engineering, resistant materials, product design
• Have previous experience in raising student attainment and implementing effective intervention
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be aware of the new changes in the curriculum, and have ideas of how to implement this
