We are seeking to appoint a committed, highly motivated and inspirational Assistant Vice Principal with an excellent record in middle and/or senior leadership to join our successful team.
Applications are sought from talented leaders that have a proven track record of being able to thrive at middle leadership level over time and that can demonstrate whole school strategic impact. You will have the skills to communicate to a range of audiences, have excellent inter-personal skills, have the ability to motivate others, be an outstanding role model with high levels of expectations and have the enthusiasm and resilience to thrive in a fast paced environment.
It would be desirable if you would have experienced the challenges of leadership and be able to demonstrate the differences you have made. High quality training will be available for any aspect of your new role that you are not familiar with.
