Fairfield High School would like to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. This post is temporary from April 2026 to April 2027 and is for 37 hours per week, term time only plus 2 Inset days. Hours of work are from 8.30am – 4.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 8.30am – 4.00pm Fridays, although there is some flexibility for start and end times.
This is a varied and busy role requiring excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be confident in using IT systems and be able to manage multiple priorities. You will help with the day-to-day smooth running of the school.
Annual salary is based on full time equivalent of £26,403 to £28,142 (NJC pay points 7 – 11) for this role and the actual salary for 37 hours per week, term time only plus 2 Inset Days is £22,477 to £23,958 per annum.
